MOBDIVA, born Yolanda Ragland is a trailblazer in her hometown Ann Arbor, Michigan. From the tragic loss of her Teen Son in 2017 to launching a youth driven Non-profit while Co-Hosting a Radio Show, and reaching 2.4 Million views on Youtube. MobDiva takes center stage with compassion and style!  The drive and ambition running through the veins of this College Town female rap artist turned entrepreneur, actress and community activist has managed to keep her head in the game and recognized as a consistent figure in her community. 

Music has always played a key role in the life of this urban dreamer. Raised by her single mother, and now a Wife and mother of her own, Mobdiva has always found music to be her love language. 

MobDiva has three previous Album projects available. She can now be seen moving her M.O.B. (Money Over Boyz) brand all over the world with the release of her International Singles “GIVE IT TO ME” ft. UK Artist HER and “FIESTA CON AMIGOS” ft. Venezuelan Artist TVRP GVNG along with Detrioit R & B Artist, TY Love and Producer Kokaine Black. Both tracks featured on her latest Album project titled "Money Over Boyz", released Aug 10th 2018.

Gained national recognition in September 2019 from Tyler Perry's BET+ Streaming platform with the placement of  "Is You Rollin" on the "First Wives Club" TV Show (season one/episode one.) The sexy, unique lyrically fun club track was Produced by the Olympicks and gives fans a dance feel with "Girl Power" lyrics to match! The music video shot by Diego Cruz gives the audience visual eye candy with an old school, hip hop classic groove! The success of "Is You Rollin" continues to grow with a YouTube commercial placement in August 2020 on Amazon Launch Pad/Sports! The current view is 2.4 Millon. 

You may also enjoy her care free spirit in Single “Time of my Life” another Party track with a hot music video shot by Shadee Bee TV. “Time of My Life” is also recognized nationwide with several placements in NFL game broadcast. The track immediately gained television success in 2017 with a music placement on the NBC Network show “The Bold and the Beautiful”.

MobDiva is confident and strong in her lyrics! Subtle metaphors help to win rave reviews anytime her music is heard. The Single “Side Chick” has become an audience favorite and begun to make its way on the airwaves with placements on STL’s 103.7 Da Heat and iHeart Radio show “Dat Heat” with dozens of internet radio placements including Detroit’s 4Showmag.com featuring the very sexy intro track “In The D” by Mobdiva.

On STAGE:

 MobDiva enjoys captivating her audience by diving completely into her music feeling every sound through her body! She can be smooth as her lyrics on “Side Chick” or full of energy like her hit track “Is You Rollin” Not only does this Diva enjoy rocking the mic, she will also step behind the scenes to create a dynamic showcase.

In May 2019, MobDiva had the opportunity to open for national Artist DJ Luke Nasty in Myrtle Beach N.C. at Club El Noa Noa for Black Bike Week.  MobDiva’s hot performance featuring two Eastern Michigan dancers landed the Diva an invite to perform again March 2020 at Club Mirage, North Carolina for Mr. Goodfella's annual fashion show!  

The first Money Over Boyz apparel was introduced in 2019 with her own Fashion show "Fashion & Rap"  at the Riverside Arts Center downtown Ypsilanti July 6th 2019. The show Featured clothing from her new line titled "Money Over Boyz" with guest performances from several Local artist including national Artist "Kid Jay" as seen on America's got Talent Show! 

MobDiva's 2016 “Queen of Diamonds” Showcase was a huge success bringing all female Rap/R&B Artist together at Eastern Michigan University. The show Featured Artist Ayo & Teo from Billboard top 100 who performed with MobDiva generating over 100K views on Youtube and counting! MobDiva enjoyed performing infront of a packed house alongside the “Best Ever” Artist Polo Frost and previous "Love & Hip Hop" Reality Star La'Britney who was the headliner. 

MobDiva represents the strong, confident, business minded woman! She is a motivator to the hustler that lives within all of us! Her Brand is sleek, fun, hip hop and sexy! From her music, to apparal MobDiva sets the tone and inspires many! Money Over Boyz now extends to the world of Cosmetics with the launch of the "Divalicious" Make-up  pallet and M.O.B lip Gloss. Her Line has moved its way into the hands of a few celebrities such as Rap Legend, Trina and Reality Star Joy Young (Love & Hip Hop Miami).

MobDiva is a triple threat that can also be seen in front or behind the camera with her video editing, acting and musical skills! Her lastest stage performance in Detroit 2019, at Berts Warehouse was a dynamic experience as she again, organized a fashion show for her line Money Over Boyz to be featured during her live music performance! The show featured national Rap Artist Trina! 

During the 2020 Covid pandemic, creativity still found its way back to mobdiva as she found time to expand her portfolio with a few acting opportunities while also giving her talents and resources back to her community. Together with the help of her producer and better half, Keith Ragland, Mobdiva Co-founded a Non-profit organization, Elevation Youth Corp. (Elevationyouthcorp.com) which centers around the creative arts, community service, and operates with a non violent initiative. Today MobDiva has her hands in many creative pots! MobDiva continues to stay in work mode all while giving back to her community! Currently she is bringing her pen out of retirement as she writes her first movie script! MobDiva has found her balance in life and we are all delighted to watch her blossom!
